Actually, for now it's just me, Anton Zaides. 15 years in tech, 6+ in management roles.

There is tons of material for engineers, but much less for Engineering Managers. My goal is to help you succeed in your job, by sharing my own experience, and by referring you to the best articles (by people like Will Larson and James Stanier), that are relevant to YOUR challenges.
